The circuit used for karting is part of the Algoa Kart Club & Motorcycle Club – Port Elizabeth’s venue for National level competition – with the necessary safety requirements including run-off space and tyre barriers to ensure maximum possible safety. Competition on the kart circuit gives drivers the feel of real racing, with marshals to assist and a timing system to record those blistering lap times. Real racing rules are applied including exclusions for deliberate bumping.
