-Each competitor will have to complete at least 2 x laps.

-Driver changes will only be carried out in the demarcated area in front of the pits.

-After the driver change the kart must exit the pit lane and take the long way around and down the main straight to enter the corporate circuit (this is also to familiarize the driver with the kart)

-Penalties may be imposed for bumping, reckless driving, poor overtaking or reasons for not adhering to the rules.

-Pits will be marked and pit boards issued along with the karts ready to race.

-Crash helmets are limited to one per team at all times and may be exchanged on a first come first serve basis.

-Spare helmets will be at a central point to be shared amongst the drivers as part of the planning – Sizes may have to be exchanged amongst the teams as the race progresses – The observers will monitor and may impose a penalty if a team is in possession of more than 1 x helmet at a time.

-Crash helmets to be fastened before the driver’s leave the pit area.

-No loose clothing, long hair exposed or drivers without shoes, will be allowed on the circuit.

-The race will end when the checkered flag is dropped at the finish line at a given time and not necessarily at the end of the time allocated.

-Entering and exiting the pits will be done at walking speed with hand signals displayed.

-Officials will be observing.Team member will be allowed behind the pit wall to signal the driver or to monitor the progress.

-No driver will be able to participate unless an indemnity is completed.

-Team members to remain in their pit area for the duration of the race.
